Our Hubs

At the heart of our collective are our "ruches"—small, cozy creative beehives designed to nurture artistic growth and community.

We believe that illustration thrives when artists step away from isolation and into shared spaces:

The Glasshouse Shed:

Tucked away at the edge of the property, this rustic lean-to with a salvaged glass roof is dedicated to the fluid beauty of watercolor.

Flooded with shifting natural light and the smell of wet paper, artists gather around weathered, paint-splattered workbenches.

The Hayloft Studio

For those who love the crisp scratch of steel nibs and the deep richness of ink, this cozy, quiet loft above the old barn provides the perfect focus.

It is a space for deep concentration, masterclasses in line work, and quiet creative camaraderie where technique is honed and passed down.

The Orchard Clearing

When the walls feel too small, our artists move outdoors to this vibrant, sun-dappled grassy patch among the apple trees.

Here, artists capture the chaotic beauty of nature, translating the movement of leaves, birds, and weather directly into their sketchbooks.

The Toolshed Den

Bridging traditional discipline with modern publishing workflows, this converted stone outbuilding is where our digital artists collaborate.

It serves as a high-energy sandbox where artists help one another master the digital canvas while retaining a distinct, hand-drawn soul.
